• Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit) and documenting existing conditions.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods for existing buildings and material science.
• Excellent problem-solving and creative constraint navigation.
• Good communication and coordination with contractors and consultants.
• Interest in urban regeneration and sustainable reuse of built environment.
• Portfolio showcasing renovation/adaptive reuse projects is essential.
