Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy goods vehicles (trucks) for long-distance transportation of goods.
• Ensure the safe loading, securing, and unloading of cargo.

• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
• Adhere strictly to all road safety regulations, including hours of service limitations.
• Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams regarding route status and any issues.
• Manage personal time effectively during long-haul trips, ensuring adequate rest.
• Represent the company professionally to clients and the public.
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or traffic violations immediately.

Requirements

• Valid Code 14 (CE) driver’s license with a valid PrDP.
