The ideal candidate will have a proven history of safe operation, excellent mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a construction crew. Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy construction machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, graders, loaders, and compactors safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal working condition, reporting any issues or required repairs.
• Follow project plans, instructions, and site safety regulations meticulously.
• Load, unload, and move construction materials, soil, and other heavy items as required.
• Participate in site preparation activities, including digging, grading, and leveling ground.
• Work collaboratively with construction teams, supervisors, and other personnel.
• Ensure the work area is kept clean and organized, adhering to site safety standards.

Requirements
