Qualifications

• ±5 years’ experience in a Project Management role.
• Strong experience working with cross‑functional internal and external stakeholders.
• Exposure to hardware, medical devices, health tech, or software delivery environments is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple projects across their full lifecycle, from planning through to delivery.
• Define scope, milestones, timelines, budgets, risks, and change controls.
• Implement and maintain clear project 'ways of working' and delivery frameworks.
• Drive stakeholder alignment through structured communication, feedback loops, and governance.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and expectations to avoid scope creep.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained to required quality and compliance standards.
