Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist.
• Experience on healthcare or institutional projects is essential.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details) for healthcare projects.
• Develop and coordinate BIM models using Revit.
• Prepare technical specifications and schedules for materials, finishes, and equipment.
• Coordinate designs with MEP and structural engineers and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and SANS standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical queries during construction.
• Manage project documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Research and specify materials and technologies suitable for healthcare environments.
