Clinigen Group is seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive to manage orders and enquiries for hospitals, physicians, and pharmacists from Irene. You will maintain SOPs, train new staff, and foster strong customer relationships while supporting global clients through multiple channels.

The role emphasizes accurate processing, compliance adherence, and delivering world-class service within SLA, leveraging your experience in customer service and strong communication.

Formación

• Fluent language ability required for region(s), written and verbal.
• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent regional qualification.
• Demonstrable experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent communication with a customer-centric focus.
• Ability to multitask with strong organisational skills.
• Adaptable and proactive to evolving industry trends and tech.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Oracle system a plus.
• Own transport for local travel if needed.

Responsabilidades

• Process orders and enquiries within SLA, delivering to the right patient.
• Process quotations and regional product sourcing enquiries.
• Log compliance-based enquiries in the Quality system per SOPs.
• Complete onboarding and aid training for new starters.
• Respond to inbound calls/emails/faxes; make outbound project calls.
• De-escalate calls and escalate to senior staff when needed.
