Job summary

You will partner with Business Lines and People & Culture to evolve reporting towards proactive, integrated workforce intelligence, leveraging enterprise data and emerging AI capabilities, while establishing consistent methodologies and quality standards across

Qualifications

8–10 years' relevant experience in workforce analytics, people analytics or HR intelligence.
Proven experience partnering with senior Business and P&C stakeholders.
Experience translating complex challenges into analytical requirements and insights.
Ability to drive evolution from reactive reporting to proactive insights.

Responsibilities
