Job summary

Standard Bank is seeking a senior Workforce Analytics professional in Johannesburg to partner with Business Lines and People & Culture, translating workforce challenges into analytical opportunities and delivering insights for strategic decisions.

The role focuses on moving from traditional reporting to proactive, integrated workforce intelligence using enterprise data, analytics platforms and AI capabilities, with a strong matrixed-collaboration focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a relevant tertiary qualification.
• 8–10 years' relevant experience in workforce analytics.
• Proven experience partnering with senior Business and People & Culture stakeholders.
• Experience working in a matrixed or cross-functional environment.
• Demonstrated experience improving or transforming analytical capabilities.
