Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field (Sports Management, PE, or MBA) is required.
• 7+ years in sports management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading diverse sports programs and large events.
• Strong knowledge of sports science, athlete development, and coaching methods.
• Proven leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
• Strong budget management and financial acumen.
• Proficiency with sports management software and standard office tools.
• Experience in facility management and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of sports science, athlete development principles, and coaching methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
