Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic direction and operational management of all coaching and player development programs.

• Establish robust talent identification and scouting systems to identify promising athletes.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Sports Science, Coaching, Kinesiology, or a related field.
