Job summary

DP World in Johannesburg seeks a senior engineering leader to drive end-to-end supply chain solutions. You will direct engineering activities across discovery, feasibility, design, costing and implementation, ensuring practical operating models and validated assumptions align with customer needs and commercial goals.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Postgraduate qualification in management, business or supply chain is advantageous.
• 10+ years' experience in supply chain engineering, contract logistics or similar.
• 5+ years' senior management experience leading engineering or multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimisation of supply chain solutions across inventory, warehousing, production logistics, transportation, distribution and fulfilment.
• Translate customer requirements into practical operating concepts and engineering designs.
• Provide technical assurance and governance across discovery, costing, implementation support and capability development.
