Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel, researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, while representing Blacksmith Agency with high-quality outreach.

This remote role supports South Africa, uses tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to push volume without sacrificing quality.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• B2B sales experience preferred; quota carrying closers welcome.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.

About The Role

As Head of Sales at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.
