Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As an SDR, you will research target accounts, identify decision makers and craft personalized outreach to generate qualified meetings.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to manage your pipeline, book discovery calls, and maintain clean CRM records while hitting volume goals with quality engagement.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred and quota-carrying
• 2 years in SDR/BDR role in agency or SaaS
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo
• Experience using Salesforce and managing own pipeline
• Gritty, curious and coachable

About The Role

As Head of Sales at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.

What You Bring

• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
