The HEINEKEN Company in Johannesburg is seeking a Senior Programmes Manager to lead the Trust’s portfolio, translate strategy into impactful community development, and drive an outcomes-based MEL and SROI agenda.

You will build capacity with implementers, ensure robust ToC development, monitor progress, manage multi-year budgets, and report to governance bodies for accountability and continuous learning.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8–10 years senior-level experience in development, CSI or non-profit.
• Proven experience managing grant-funded programmes or social investments.
• Experience designing outcomes-based MEL systems with SROI exposure.

Aufgaben

• Lead programme strategy implementation, with annual plans and budgets.
• Manage partner relationships and capacity-building across partners nationwide.
• Design and manage MEL and SROI reporting for executives and Board.
• Oversee financial governance and grant administration in line with governance rules.
• Ensure governance compliance and root-cause focused, sustainable impact.
