Placements24 is assisting a client in recruiting a Head of Product to lead blockchain and crypto product development. This fully remote role requires defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while aligning with market needs and company objectives.

You will collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver innovative products in decentralized finance and digital assets, mentoring a team of product managers in a data-driven, customer-centric culture.

Formación

• Proven experience in product leadership roles in FinTech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency.
• Track record of defining and launching technology products.
• Deep understanding of blockchain, DeFi, and digital assets.
• Experience with product roadmaps and agile development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking for remote work.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for all blockchain and crypto products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify new product opportunities.
• Translate product strategy into detailed product requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to oversee product development and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a data-driven and customer-centric product culture.
