Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with DeFi/blockchain focus.
- Strong knowledge of DeFi protocols, tokenomics, and smart contracts.
- Experience defining strategy, roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for DeFi products.
- Conduct market, competitive, and user research to identify opportunities.
- Translate strategy into requirements, user stories, and specs.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Work with marketing and biz-dev on go-to-market and adoption.
- Analyze metrics and iterate to improve UX and business outcomes.
