Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager to drive strategy and performance across paid search, paid social, SEO and CRO for a diverse client portfolio. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, collaborating with sales and internal specialists to deliver measurable results.

As a senior contributor, you will own growth roadmaps, oversee campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads and organic channels, and present performance summaries to clients.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in PPC, SEO, or multi-channel strategy.
• Experience managing paid and organic channels concurrently.
• Proficient with Google Ads, GA4, Search Console and keyword tools.
• Ability to articulate strategic recommendations to clients and account execs.
• Track record of leading execution teams and ensuring deliverable quality.
• Strong analytical skills and quick problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for all PPC and SEO clients across multiple industries.
• Join sales calls to validate scope and pitch technical recommendations.
• Create 90-day, 6-month and annual growth roadmaps for each client.
• Own client performance across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft and organic search.
• Audit campaigns, keyword strategies, bidding structures, pages and CRO.
• Oversee SEO, on-page SEO, link building and AI-driven content.
• Own KPI tracking, conversion attribution and analytics accuracy.
• Provide weekly direction and QA, coordinating with the marketing project manager.
• Present monthly and quarterly performance summaries to clients.
