Job summary

Communicate Recruitment in Cape Town is seeking a senior professional to own the PMO and enterprise risk function. You will drive governance, strategy, and delivery excellence across regulatory projects, payment platform enhancements, and client deliverables.

You will partner with executive leadership, regulators, and internal stakeholders to embed risk controls, maintain risk registers, and produce high‑quality governance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Risk Management, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, or similar Project Management certification.
• Certified Risk Manager (CRM) advantageous.
• Experience working with financial regulators and compliance frameworks is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Owns the PMO and enterprise risk function, ensuring strategic initiatives, regulatory projects, and client deliverables are executed effectively.
• Embed governance structures and manage organisational risk to drive delivery excellence.
• Partner with clients, regulators and internal stakeholders to ensure audit readiness and compliance controls.
