Job summary

PM Connection is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager in Cape Town to oversee projects within the MFC Risk & Compliance business area. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage project budgets, and ensure high-quality outcomes while adhering to timelines.

This role demands a professional with strong leadership capabilities, relevant project management certifications, and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management and team leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in people leadership of a medium to large team.
• 3+ years' experience in Project Management.
• 3+ years' working experience in an Agile or SAFe environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of projects ensuring timely delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Manage project budgets and perform accurate forecasting.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare high-quality reports and documentation as needed.

Skills
