Job summary

Places Leisure, part of Places for People, seeks a Head of Operational Optimisation to drive data-led resource management and cost control across multiple sites. You will enhance labour planning, scheduling and forecasting to ensure the right staff and resources are in the right place at the right time to meet operational and commercial goals.

You will collaborate with operational leaders, Finance and central teams to identify efficiencies, develop robust cost models and support investment

Qualifications

• Significant experience in labour planning and cost optimisation across multiple sites.
• Forecasting demand and translating it into practical labour plans and costs.
• Experience analysing labour and P&L performance to drive action.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of data-led labour planning and cost models.
• Improve scheduling, forecasting and resource alignment to core goals.
• Identify efficiencies, support refits/bids and inform investment decisions.
