Job summary

Hire Resolve’s client seeks an experienced Head of Manufacturing & Production to lead manufacturing operations, improve production efficiency and ensure quality, safety and on-time delivery in an established industrial setting.

You will oversee fabrication, machining, assembly and finishing, guide production planning and capacity management, and drive continuous improvements in productivity and waste reduction while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum N5 qualification.
• Senior production/manufacturing or factory management experience.
• Experience in metal fabrication environments.
• Strong production planning, scheduling and capacity management.
• Experience managing complex production environments with multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Experience managing complex production environments with multiple projects and competing deadlines.

• Strong technical knowledge, leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
