The role requires senior leadership in fabrication, machining, assembly and finishing, with strong planning, scheduling and capacity management skills to meet multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations across fabrication, machining, assembly and finishing.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Procurement and Logistics to ensure efficient operations.

• Lead, develop and manage factory managers, supervisors, artisans and production teams.
• Maintain operational procedures, policies, quality standards and health and safety compliance.
• Resolve production challenges and implement practical, commercially sound solutions.

Experience managing complex production environments with multiple projects and competing deadlines.

Strong technical knowledge, leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, organisation and decision-making abilities.
