• Ability to balance guest-facing infrastructure with remote operations.
• Strong understanding of sustainable technologies and off-grid utilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of buildings, utilities, fleet and technical systems.
• Lead preventative and reactive maintenance across lodges and staff facilities.
• Manage annual maintenance budget and procurement; ensure safety and environmental compliance.
• Drive eco-sensitive upgrades and green building practices to reduce ecological footprint.
