Qualifications

• BEd degree and/or PGCE in FET education; honours in education advantageous.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a head of phase.

About the Role

Curro is seeking to appoint a head of high school who is a strategic thinker and can lead with heart and purpose at Curro Soshanguve in Soshanguve. The head of high school is responsible for managing school targets through the effective application of Curro policies and procedures as adapted and customised to the needs of the school. The head of high school is also responsible for the active teaching, knowledge transfer, skills development and growth of positive attitudes among learners through integrated and focused teaching approaches and mentoring staff.
