Job summary

Network Finance in Gauteng is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee the full finance function within a manufacturing environment. You will manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow, while driving cost controls and working capital improvements.

Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, ensure compliance and governance, and partner with operational stakeholders to enhance business performance.

Qualifications

• Proven senior finance leadership experience with a track record of delivering results.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, industrial or chemical manufacturing is essential.
• Strong skills in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow.
• Solid costing, margin analysis and operational finance exposure.
• Experience with working capital management and treasury.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting systems proficiency.
• Ability to lead, mentor and develop finance teams.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacturing, production, industrial or chemical manufacturing experience – essential
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management experience
• Solid costing, margin analysis and operational finance exposure
• Experience managing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, tax, VAT, audits and financial governance
• Experience with working capital management and treasury
• SAP advantageous
• Advanced Excel and strong financial reporting systems experience
• Excellent analytical, financial modelling and commercial skills
• Assertive leadership style with strong business partnering capabilities
