Job description

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• Must have 15 years of senior building estimating experience.
• Must have extensive knowledge of JBCC, NEC and FIDIC contracts.
• Must have advanced CCS Candy experience.
• Must have BuildSmart experience.
• Must have advanced Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project programming experience.
• Must have extensive experience preparing tender programmes and construction methodologies.
• Must have strong commercial, contractual and leadership capability.
• Only candidates with a proven track record in major building projects will be considered.
