Job summary

Construct Executive Search is seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimator in South Africa's Gauteng region. The ideal candidate will lead estimating activities for complex projects, with deep expertise in JBCC/NEC/FIDIC contracts and extensive CCS Candy experience. Proficiency in BuildSmart and Primavera P6 or MS Project is essential.

Strong leadership and commercial acumen are required. The role requires a Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management and at least 15 years

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management suffices.
• 15 years of senior building estimating experience.
• In-depth knowledge of JBCC, NEC and FIDIC contracts.
• Extensive CCS Candy experience.
• Experience with BuildSmart.
• Extensive Primavera P6 and/or MS Project programming.
