Job summary

Sanlam Life and Savings (SLS) seeks a senior leader to head digital client engagement channels. You will shape strategy, prioritise investments, and align product propositions with marketing, distribution, servicing and technology to accelerate digital adoption and improve client outcomes.

Lead across the Sanlam App, Sanlam Online and Glue data integration layer, partnering with Brand, Marketing, Customer Experience and Transformation teams to deliver connected client journeys and measurable

Qualifications

Senior leadership experience in digital channels, digital product management or transformation.
Proven ability to lead large-scale digital client propositions.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
Commercial experience translating digital investment into outcomes.
Financial services experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the SLS digital client engagement strategy and roadmap organized around client journeys.
Own CLM strategy and engagement journeys across digital channels, integrated with other initiatives.
Establish an integrated view of business demand across digital client engagement channels.
Shape investment priorities and business cases for material digital initiatives.
Provide business ownership across SLS digital channels and platforms, including the Sanlam App and Sanlam Online.
Establish consistent client journey design and experience standards across digital channels.
