ARVO is seeking a strategic Head of Data & CRM to steer data usage across ecommerce and hospitality brands. You will lead a small Data & CRM team, collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders, and translate complex data into practical insights for marketing and operations.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on analytics, requiring a track record of data-driven decision making and experience shaping data platforms, governance, and AI-enabled analytics.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, CS, Engineering, Economics).
• 5–10 years’ experience in data analytics, data science, or related leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing or mentoring data professionals.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools.

• Define and drive data strategy across digital platforms and estates.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a Data & CRM team.
• Establish data governance, modelling, and analytics best practices.
• Translate data into actionable business insights for marketing, sales, and operations.
