Job summary

Six Sense Consulting is seeking an experienced professional for a Senior Client Experience leadership role in Gauteng. The candidate will guide client support initiatives, develop CX strategies, and drive measurement of customer insights and satisfaction across the organization from Centurion to broader markets.

The ideal candidate has 10–12 years in client support, with at least 5 years in senior management, plus relevant CX management experience and qualifications, and a proven track record in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Advanced Diploma in Business Admin/Management or CX related qualification.
• Postgraduate qualification in Business Admin/Management.
• Customer Experience related qualification.
• ACXP and ACXM certifications are advantageous.
• Experience in customer experience management and measurement is required.

Experience:

• Relevant 10-12 years in a Client Support environment of which 5 (five) years must have been on a Senior Management level.
• Experience in customer experience management, including measurement, customer insights and understanding and customer experience strategy.
