Formación

• 10+ years in credit risk modelling, scorecards, or decision analytics.
• Proven experience building and deploying models in automated lending environments.
• Experience in multi-market or emerging market environments is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the credit modelling strategy across products and markets.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of scorecard developers and analysts.
• Oversee development of application and behavioural scorecards.
