Responsibilities

• Provide scientific leadership and mentorship within the division.
• Drive RDI strategy and coordinate execution of programmes.
• Manage budget, CAPEX planning and annual budgeting processes.
• Oversee performance management and delivery of KPI targets.
• Ensure high technical standards in reports, publications and sign-offs.
• Engage stakeholders and secure funding for major projects.
