This senior role demands developing and executing a company-wide cleaning strategy, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and top hygiene standards across multiple client sites.

You will manage large teams, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvement within the sanitation department while complying with South African health, safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with emphasis on large-scale cleaning and sanitation services.
• Proven ability to lead senior teams and manage budgets and KPIs.
