Placements24 is seeking an experienced and meticulous Senior Sanitation Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at our Cape Town facilities. You will lead a team, ensure compliance with hygiene, health and safety standards, and drive programs that maintain a safe, hygienic environment for staff and visitors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sanitation supervision, strong leadership skills, and proven ability to train staff, optimize workflows, and manage cleaning inventories.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of sanitation supervision or a similar role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices in sanitation management.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to cleaning services.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in the Cape Town area is advantageous.
