Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective game strategies, tactics, and training programs tailored to the team's strengths and opponent weaknesses.
• Scout, identify, and recruit talented players, fostering their development and integration into the team.
• Manage and motivate the playing squad, instilling discipline, a strong work ethic, and a winning mentality.
• Oversee the technical and coaching staff, ensuring alignment and effective support for the team's objectives.
• Analyze match performance, identify areas for improvement, and make necessary adjustments to tactics and training.

Requirements

• UEFA A License or equivalent coaching qualification.
