About the Role

The Head Coach will be responsible for all aspects of team management, including tactical planning, player development, and fostering a winning culture. You will work within a state-of-the-art facility and collaborate with a dedicated support staff to ensure the holistic growth of each player, both on and off the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective training programs and tactical strategies tailored to the academy's philosophy.

Requirements

• UEFA A or equivalent coaching license is essential.
