Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth performance analysis of individual players and the team, providing constructive feedback.
• Manage the coaching staff, providing leadership, mentorship, and support.
• Ensure the physical and mental well-being of all players, collaborating with support staff such as physiotherapists and sports psychologists.
• Foster a positive and disciplined team environment that promotes sportsmanship, respect, and continuous improvement.
