• Culinary degree or equivalent professional qualification

• Cost control and budget management experience
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP
• Proficiency in menu development, costing, and recipe standardization
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Creativity and passion for culinary arts
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day culinary operations for events in Midrand and surrounding areas
