Qualifications

• 5+ years in Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in high-end catering or hospitality.
• Proven menu development and kitchen management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety.
• Excellent culinary skills and innovative cuisine.
• Ability to work flexible hours for events.

Responsibilities
