Job summary

Kabstrading Co is seeking a versatile maintenance assistant to support property upkeep across sites in Richards Bay. You will perform general maintenance, minor plumbing and basic electrical tasks within your competence, and help with painting, carpentry and repairs as needed.

This role requires hands-on problem solving, adherence to safety procedures and timely responses to maintenance requests. You will inspect facilities, report larger faults, and assist with small projects while keeping

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance or handyman work.
• Ability to perform minor plumbing repairs.
• Basic competence in electrical maintenance within allowed scope.
• Experience with painting and building upkeep.
• Hands-on carpentry and furniture repair skills.
• Ability to repair doors, locks, hinges, fittings and fixtures.
• Experience conducting routine maintenance inspections.
