Job summary

SIHAMCO is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to lead the Back of House stewarding operation in a premium hospitality environment. You will manage the stewarding team, coordinate daily cleaning schedules, and support the culinary team during service.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene, HACCP procedures, commercial dishwashing, chemical handling, waste management, and high-volume operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership experience in stewarding or BOH operations.
• Strong knowledge of professional kitchen hygiene and sanitation.
• Familiarity with HACCP and food safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the stewarding team and coordinate daily cleaning operations.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety across kitchens and BOH areas.
• Oversee dishwashing and equipment management to ensure availability and proper operation.
• Maintain HACCP compliance and hygiene records; conduct inspections and audits.
