Job summary

Italtile is seeking a technically astute Production Supervisor to oversee daily activities of a production team in a manufacturing and packaging environment, ensuring targets are met safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

You will look after machinery care, routine maintenance, and fault diagnosis, while enforcing SOPs and coordinating with packaging to maintain workflow on the shop floor. Strong leadership and hands-on problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• 2 years in a supervisory or team leader capacity.
• Experience in machine operation, maintenance, and fault diagnosis.
• Packaging environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of workers and machine operators on the production floor.
• Conduct daily team briefings, assign tasks, and manage shift handovers.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and adherence to workplace rules.
• Address performance issues and enforce disciplinary procedures.
• Foster a safe, productive team culture and support on-the-job training.
• Ensure production schedules are executed on time and in full.
