What you’ll do:

  • Assist with pre-arrival communication and coordinate concierge requests.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and operations to ensure units are Guest-ready.
  • Go the extra mile to surprise and delight your Guests.
What we’re looking for:
  • A genuine passion for hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience preferred
