Absa Group in South Africa invites applications for a Growth Account Manager responsible for optimizing portfolios with medium to high complexity commercial banking needs, focusing on origination, cross-selling and client coverage.

You will maintain primary ownership of selected Growth Account clients, develop strong relationships through regular visits, and input into product development to better serve our clients while ensuring risk and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce and Management Studies is required.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Growth Account clients with medium to high complexity.
• Develop strong client relationships and conduct regular client visits.
• Ensure risk management and compliance in line with bank policies.
• Collaborate to improve processes and share best practices.
