Qualifications

• Proven track record in client-facing roles and managing senior stakeholders.
• Experience implementing and optimizing digital performance strategies end-to-end.
• Deep expertise across performance channels: search, social, programmatic.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to link media to business outcomes.
• Advanced knowledge of measurement frameworks and attribution models.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for experimentation.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships with senior stakeholders and rebuild client confidence.
• Lead end-to-end design and optimization of performance strategies across channels.
• Drive test-and-learn frameworks and translate results into strategic recommendations.

• Forecast performance, budgets, and investment strategies to grow client revenue.
