Qualifications

• Overseeing digital marketing campaigns and social media management.
• Proficient in PPC for ecommerce (FB/IG/TikTok/Google).
• Agency experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Strong data analysis with Excel/Sheets and data visualization tools.
• Experience with Shopify and digital marketing ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and manage paid social campaigns (Meta/Facebook).
• Develop and implement overall client digital marketing strategy including content and ad strategy, brand, CRO, and LTV.
• Manage client budgets upwards of $50,000 USD per month.
• Apply insights from campaigns to improve results.
• Analyze campaign data and report weekly/monthly in ad platforms and Shopify.
• Collaborate with design team on ad content across tones.
• Recommend direct marketing methods beyond Paid Media.
• Stay updated with digital media trends.
• Build processes in back-end functions and strategy.
• Define project scope with a detailed plan and monitor progress.
• Explore trends and new campaign ideas.
• Identify new digital promotional opportunities.
• Improve clients' brand presence.
• Conduct ongoing competitor research.
