Qualifications

• NQF Level 5 or higher qualification is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver standard customer service and handle routine inquiries.
• Assess compliance with standards and protocols for routine inquiries.

• Interview customers to clarify requirements using the sales script.
• Make calls to potential customers to develop relationships and be the first contact for queries.
