Responsibilities

• Receive visitors and assist with information requests, referring complex matters to colleagues.
• Ensure basic customer details in the CRM are accurate and note follow-ups.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements following a multilevel sales script.
• Make calls to develop relationships and provide a first contact for queries and complaints.
• Follow mandatory procedures to meet quality standards and regulatory codes.
• Carry out routine business development support tasks per established procedures.
• Identify potential customers by obtaining information and referrals from existing customers.
• Select data from information provided and input into standard formats.
• Demonstrate understanding of networking value within a company’s network.
