Placements24 is seeking an enthusiastic E-commerce Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our digital marketing efforts in Richards Bay. You will drive campaigns across email, social media, and paid channels while managing product listings and optimizing visuals to boost traffic and sales.

Ideally you have 1–2 years of digital marketing or e‑commerce experience, familiar with Shopify or WooCommerce, and a solid grasp of SEO basics.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce, focused on campaign execution.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for multitasking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Office-based role in Richards Bay.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media updates, and paid advertising.
• Manage and update product listings on the e-commerce website with accurate descriptions and optimized imagery.
• Monitor website performance using analytics tools and track metrics such as traffic and conversions.
• Support creation of marketing collateral, including social media graphics and email templates.
• Coordinate with external agencies for SEO and PPC management.
• Maintain the company's social media presence by scheduling posts and engaging followers.
