Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing and e-commerce management experience.
• Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce).
• Strong content strategy and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies across channels (SEO, SEM, content, email, social).
• Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce site for usability, merchandising and checkout flow.
• Oversee social media activities, content creation, campaigns, community engagement and analytics.
• Analyze website traffic, conversions, customer data, and campaign performance to drive improvements.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Social Ads) to drive quality traffic.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop marketing collateral and web content.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to stay ahead in digital marketing.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI through effective resource allocation.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service for a consistent customer experience.
• Report KPIs to senior management.
